structured learning should keep your brain active and have a positive impact on your
overall well-being. It's believed that exercising your brain is essential if
you want to stop it from slowly deteriorating.
Our brain need to be stimulated and challenged through
ongoing learning in the same way as our body needs constant care and fitness. This will
ensure we minimize the negative effects of time which contribute to the decline of cognitive
capabilities. Just as our muscles grow as we exercise them, so does our brain

Game Rule: read the rules on the screen below, then press > to start the game, once you start, your objective is to place every rock into the marked space, easier said that done, you cannot pull the rock, you can only push it, so avoid pushing it somewhere where it may get stuck. The best way to do it is to think before making any move, think at least 5 steps ahead before making any move. By doing so you are putting your brain in a deep thinking mode. If you realize that you made a mistake (for example a rock is stuck somewhere and you can't pull it back) you can simply
restart that level by going one level backward and then pressing the forward button > to come back to the level you were playing before. The game has 103 levels, so you will have a lot of thinking to do. Enjoy this brain exercise!!
